Role Purpose

Join our customer-focused team as a Timetable Consultant, where you’ll play a crucial role in empowering schools through our powerful timetabling software. Designed to handle even the most complex schedules, our software prioritises teacher choices and welfare, enabling schools to function seamlessly while reducing teacher workload and improving the educational journey for pupils.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on supporting others, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training to customers on our timetabling software.
  • Assist with onboarding, including data migration.
  • Provide email, virtual, and phone technical support to customers.
  • Help schools sync data to their MIS systems.
  • Construct timetables in partnership with schools, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Stay updated on software developments and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate client records across all systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on training materials, documentation, and software testing.
  • Report bugs and suggest client-requested features to the development team.
  • Support other areas of the business as needed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Experience:

  • Whole school timetabling or school data management experience.

Knowledge:

  • Strong ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet/database software.
  • Familiarity with school operations and MIS systems.

Skills:

  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication for working with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritisation, time management, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset for handling dynamic workloads and challenges.
