This is a great opportunity for an excellent candidate who would like to be part of an inspirational central team of talent that lead our growing Trust. The members, trustees, and governors of Together Learning Trust cultivate a culture whereby our leaders can thrive.

We are looking for a dedicated, diligent and creative team player to become a driving force within our central team. You will be based at a host school where you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to promote the school’s values and develop the school’s vision.

The Trust is at an exciting point in our development and this new role provides the opportunity to really help shape our growth for the future. You will be joining a very strong central team. The central team have close links and work collaboratively with Head Teachers, Senior Leadership Teams and other staff within our schools.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who has the vision, drive, passion and energy to support and contribute substantially to our Trust’s continued development, who will act as a Trust ambassador, both internally and externally.

We wish to support a candidate with the aspirations and skills to develop into an exceptional Director of Science within the Trust. We are looking for a leader who: -

  • embraces the vision and values of the trust;
  • has a strong work ethic and the tenacity to get things done;
  • inspires confidence from stakeholders and the executive trust leaders;
  • seeks out new opportunities;
  • has the highest expectations for their own performance and can inspire others

You will join a team of school improvement leaders, including our CEO, Executive Headteacher and Executive Director of Secondary Education. As part of a team of Directors you will drive school improvement and secure outstanding outcomes and opportunities for all our students. You will be based at one of our three Secondary schools where you will teach key classes as well as support the Science and Leadership teams.

This is an exciting time to join the Trust as we develop and grow. We are looking for someone who is ready for the next step in their leadership career and who will thrive with the challenge of working collaboratively.
