The Inspire Multi Academy Trust (South West) is seeking an energetic, passionate and resilient Facilities Manager, to build on a culture of high expectations and achieving the best outcomes for all pupils. You will manage planned and re-active maintenance operations for schools within the trust whilst ensuring the health and safety of all pupils, staff, visitors and contractors. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be based at Ernesettle Community School and will also work alternating weekly shift patterns with our Caretaker. There will be a need to visit Tor Bridge Primary School on a regular basis.
Shift patterns are: 06.30 – 15.00 and 11.15 – 19.45 with 30 minutes for lunch, on an alternating week basis. You would work term time, which is 39 weeks per year plus 5 weeks, to be agreed, during the school holidays. It is possible that the later shift could finish earlier, and this will be discussed with candidates at interview.
