Job overview
Solent Academies Trust is seeking to recruit a Trust Project STEM Lead. This is a fantastic middle leadership opportunity, to become a key player in our Trust.
We are looking for a leader who is able to drive and continue to develop our STEM provision, across all of the academies within our Trust.
You will work collaboratively with our Director of School Improvement, Executive Principals, Principals and Head of Schools, along with other schools within the Partnership cohort. You will support the development of professional expertise in STEM subjects, to raise standards, close the achievement gap between groups of pupils, and improve pupil awareness of STEM careers.
