Due to our continued improvement, excellent reputation in the community and a further increase in pupil numbers we are growing our Senior Leadership Team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified, enthusiastic and ambitious leader to become a Vice Principal in the Secondary phase of our All-Through school. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of high-quality Leadership and will be able to build on the successes of this unique school in our Trust.

We seek a Vice Principal with a background in Quality of Education who can demonstrate the impact of their work on the lives of young people in their care. Key areas of responsibility for this post will include the leadership and management of curriculum, planning and provision and the assessment and moderation process across the Secondary phase.

We pride ourselves on high expectations, a commitment to ensuring pupil progress and high-quality teaching and learning. You will share these values and be able to enthuse and motivate our pupils with your passion and creative teaching, presence and personality. You will be ambitious and will embrace being part of moving our School forward.

Ofsted reported in May 2022 that The Grange Academy is “good” in all areas. The report highlights that staff are extremely proud to work at the school and feel well supported by leaders.
