Long Road is a thriving, successful post 16 Sixth Form College 2,600 students on roll across a variety of studies. Conveniently located close to the M11 and A14, within easy reach of several areas of outstanding natural beauty and the Norfolk Suffolk coast, the college is set next to the Biomedical Campus in its own attractive grounds in the beautiful, thriving and expanding Bio/Technical city of Cambridge. As our ideal candidate, you will provide technical support to the Visual Arts & Performance department in order to provide and maintain a high-quality offer to students. The post holder will work closely with other Visual Arts & Performance technicians.
Previous knowledge of COSHH and CLEAPPS legislation is desirable, and well as a flexible approach to working hours (which will include working weekly twilight hours) as are good team working and communication skills.
