Join Our Team as the Waldorf Programme Lead!
We’re looking for an inspiring Waldorf Programme Lead with a passion for holistic education. The ideal candidate holds a Waldorf Teacher Training certification, has a proven track record in Waldorf education (preferably with experience completing two full cycles of grades 1–8), and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
As the Waldorf Programme Lead, you will:
- Design and implement a comprehensive Waldorf curriculum for Pre-primary, Primary, and Secondary sections.
- Mentor and guide teachers, conducting workshops and professional development sessions to enhance their mastery of Waldorf pedagogy.
- Ensure high teaching standards through classroom observations and constructive feedback.
- Act as a teaching role model, covering lessons when needed and demonstrating best practices.
- Collaborate on staffing, timetabling, and strategic development alongside coordinators and the Employee Success Department.
- Build global connections with Waldorf organizations, staying at the forefront of educational trends.
- Foster a sense of community and collaboration among students, teachers, and parents.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Expertise:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Waldorf Education, or a related field.
- Waldorf Teacher Training certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Waldorf educator (experience with 2 completed full cycles of grades 1–8 is a plus).
Skills & Characteristics:
- Deep understanding of Waldorf principles across various age groups.
- Strong leadership and program management abilities in educational settings.

Our school strives to offer the most progressive educational programmes to our students. At the moment we are preparing to bring an IB Career-Related Programme (CP) candidate. This prestigious programme offers Year 11-12 students the chance to develop career-focused skills and prepare for their future.

Our Campus
Currently we are operating in a temporary campus, opened in September 2022 which includes 3 areas: Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary School as well as outdoor sport courts, playgrounds, canteen, 2 art studios, 2 music rooms and 2 libraries.
Future Campus
Drawing inspiration from renowned educational projects worldwide and working in collaboration with one of the leading architectural bureaus, we are about to shape the future of our school. Among other features, the permanent campus will include 5 laboratories, 2 art studios, swimming pool, sports base for both indoor and outdoor activities and much more.
By 2026, we aim to bring our vision to life and establish a vibrant educational environment for global citizens. This inclusive space will cater to the needs of our students, parents, teachers and international specialists, fostering mutual support and collaboration.
