Salary: Full Time Equivalent £23,500 / Actual £20,277 

Hours: 37.50 per week, 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday

Contract type: Permanent

Term time only: 38 school weeks plus training days

 

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed person to join us as our Work Experience, Careers & HR Facilitator, who will work proactively with our students to facilitate Year 10 work experience placements, you will be the first line of contact for employers, parents/carers, and staff. The ideal candidate will support the Careers provision, arranging events, liaising with our external independent advisor and data entry for student destinations. HR is also a key aspect of this role, where a high degree of confidentiality is required.

This is an autonomous, interesting and varied role. This post is also a key aspect of our support team, with a wide range of duties so a flexible approach is required. 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent organisational, administration and IT skills 
  • Proactive and flexible working practices
  •  Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamworking
  • Experience of working in an educational setting desirable but not essential

  

Closing date: Friday 27th September – noon

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 2nd October 2024
