We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Year Manager to work as part of our pastoral team to secure truly exceptional behaviour and wellbeing for students at Guiseley School. We are passionate about ensuring the highest standards of pastoral care and recognise that excellent behaviour and a commitment to wellbeing is a bedrock upon which the culture of the school is built. The successful candidate will be one of five Year Managers and will work under the leadership of a Pastoral Leader and Assistant Pastoral Leader.
Salary scales for Guiseley School are part of Leeds City Council’s NJC PayScale’s. Salary information detailed is prorated to reflect the ‘take home’ pay for the successful candidate.
The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2025.

About Guiseley School
Guiseley School is an 11-18 fully inclusive school situated in a small town in the City of Leeds in West Yorkshire. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it is now a suburb of northwest Leeds and close to the stunning Dales. The school is part of a Co-operative Trust established in 2014. The school works jointly with several local schools to promote the welfare and success of the children of Aireborough. As part of the local community, Guiseley School has a firm reputation for high standards in both behaviour and academic endeavour. The Governing Board is keen to continue this traditional understanding of the school and to develop its reputation for excellence.
