You will have received an email from noreply@tes.com inviting you to log into the Tes Portal (your dashboard to access your recruitment and staff management tools). This will either be from the onboarding phase of your subscription or another staff member at your school could have invited you.
There are three different types of access:
- Admin: used for staff members who are using all areas of the subscription at a top level - this can be the recruitment team, HR team, wellbeing leads, and senior management team
- Staff: used for staff members who do not need full access to the platforms - admins can choose what they can and cannot access (e.g. reviewing applicants but not posting jobs)
- Agents: used for recruitment agents that your school may work with
Log in to tes.com and click on School Portal.
If you have more than one school account, you will need to select which school you wish to view. If you do not yet have admin access, please email staffmanagementsupport@tes.com and we will get this set up for you. You will then see the Portal homepage showing the suite of products in your Staff Management subscription.
