Diana Savickaja this week became the youngest person ever to testify before a parliamentary advisory committee. The 10-year-old, who attends Shacklewell primary in Hackney, east London, addressed a long-running inquiry into whether Britain needs a new human-rights body. She spoke to the Joint Select Committee on Human Rights about bullying and the unfair treatment children endure because of their age.
