Jacqui McClure wants to lead a double life. If a legal firm agrees, she would spend most of her week as lawyer and one day as a teacher.
The 23-year-old Oxford graduate had always intended to train as a lawyer and begins a conversion course in London next month.
But her experiences on the Teach First programme have left her keen to continue working with pupils.
Ms McClure taught no less than seven subjects - history, geography, RE, business studies, music, citizenship and personal, social and heath education at the Capital City academy in Brent.
“The past two years have been such an education for me, and such a wonderful experience,” she said. “I do hope there is a way I can keep my hand in teaching.”
