On Tuesday morning, the classroom was buzzing as the Y6 children passed on to the Y5 children the information they had learned during the previous day’s “Puberty” talk. However, as the day wore on, a far more interesting subject developed - a lunch box containing a very old and very mouldy packed lunch had been spotted in the classroom.

By the end of the day Chris, a Y5 child, could stand it no longer. He appeared in my classroom, held the lunchbox aloft and proclaimed: “Is this anybody’s lunchbox? It’s full of sperms!”
