There is a work bank as a scaffold for the lower ability group and opportunities for children to write sentences about what they do on certain days of the week for the middle and higher abilities in the class. This is ideal for a year one class but could be used across key stage one.

A worksheet to use in a conjunctions lesson for year 2. In the first section, the child has to select the most appropriate conjunction for the sentence and in the last part, the child has to complete the sentences after the conjunction has been given.
