This is a resource I created on Electromagnetism and the Motor effect for a Foundation level GCSE class, however I have used it successfully at KS3.

A fully sourced lesson going through both the theory and practical element of this topic, based on factors affecting heart rate. Can be used for both A-Level Biology and well as BTEC Level 3 Applied Science and also higher level GCSE. Pack contains both a students worksheet, which includes a practical pro-forma, as well as a teachers version. Students version has questions, encouraging them to not only think about the theory involved here with regards to function of the heart, but also practical skills including developing a hypothesis/null hypothesis and also writing conclusions and evaluations.
