Report Bank and Sample Report

We create these reports three times a year but OFSTED loved them. Do not take as long as normal reports. I have included the target bank I use and a sample report for you to adapt for your school. Thank you to Woodbridge Primary for the reading bank. Others are from different sources, sorry cannot remember where!!

Large wall posters-simpsons-e.g guided reading groups

Some posters that go with the small labels I have already submitted-could be used for guided reading groups. In our school, they are part of the basic skills half hour and the children have a carousel of activities. I print them onto coloured card and laminate them, then laminate the cativities and rotate them everyday.
