I used this with my Year 8 class. It is to be sung to the tune of 'Joyeux anniversaire', and gives examples of past, present and future tenses.

Pupils can copy down the sentences, adding the names of the celebrities.

Good for practising writing an account, so could be used as preparation for a written controlled assessment.

I made this for my top set Yr 9 to practice negatives, and also the difference between imperfect and present. I simply got them to translate it.

<p>A powerpoint presentation introducing the vocab, (but preceded by some 'get-to-know-each-other activities, as I prepared this for a class that I was meeting for the first time). Also involves conjugating ‘<em>faire</em>’ in present tense and doing a class survey expressing their likes/dislikes.</p>
