<p>A KS3 scheme of work for 6 lessons that incorporates skills for Desktop Publishing to create a information leaflet that educates parents or fellow students about the Internet, Cybercrime and Cybersecurity.</p> <p>First three lessons are information and activities:</p> <ol> <li>How the internet works</li> <li>What is cybercrime - viruses, ddos and phishing</li> <li>What is social engineering - phishing, pharming, blagging and shouldering</li> </ol> <p>Please note that lesson three uses a worksheet from CAS: <a href="http://community.computingatschool.org.uk/resources/4865/single" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://community.computingatschool.org.uk/resources/4865/single</a></p> <p>Last three lessons are for creating the leaflet, peer review and finishing up.</p> <p>This can be used as a scaffold to work from or can be used as is.</p> <p>Note: I am partly using TES to check the quality of my resources - I’d appreciate helpfully critical feedback as well as positive reviews.</p>
