<p>This is a five week English planner following the book Wolf Brother by Michelle Paver. It was planned for year 5 but can be adapted for year 4-6 and is based on the English National Curriculum objectives.</p> <p>There is an overall forward plan and individual weekly plans so if you can’t use the Notebook files you can use these to create your own following the sequence. Each week has a smart notebook file and resources to match the learning intentions set out.<br /> The students will take part in the following English activities:</p> <ul> <li>Newspaper report</li> <li>Setting description</li> <li>Predictions</li> <li>Writing in role</li> <li>Analysing and writing poetry</li> <li>Creative writing - own adventure stories</li> <li>Variety of role play/drama activities</li> </ul>
