<p>A powerpoint game dealing with partitioning numbers between 11 - 29 using place value cards. Ideal as a starter or plenary, I have used this with a mixed year 1 - 2 class. You should be able edit it and change the colour of the place value cards to correspond with the ones children use in your class.</p>

<p>A game of lotto consisting of four boards, each showing pictures from a different era of seaside holidays in the past. You will need to print it twice so that you can cut and laminate the second set of pictures to use as the matching cards.</p>

This board game is based on transport used for getting to the seaside through the ages. The idea was to promote the development of understanding chronology. You will need simple counters and a dice. It may be useful to print onto A3 if you can do this in colour. I am sorry some are having trouble with this resource, I have no idea why the pictures are moving, the car was the right way up when I uploaded it, sometimes they seem to disappear too but they are there! I will try uploading it again for you.
