Living Streets has created a range of lesson plans, resources and an assembly for Walk to School Week 2012. The theme this year is 'Strider's Walking Challenge' where we are challenging schools to walk together to get from John O'Groats to Land's End. These resources are all inspired by the fact that 'lots of small steps can make a big difference'!

<p>This assembly has been developed for Walk to School Month by Living Streets’ Walk to School Campaign. It raises awareness of the importance of speed limits and calls for support for 20 mph limits in places where we live, work and play. It is most suited for Key Stage 2 but can be used as a whole primary school assembly or can be adapted for other age groups.</p>
