I have developed this resource for my ESOL/EAL class. This deals with real-life situations such as making an appointment at the doctor's surgery. This focuses mainly on speaking and listening, pronunciation, and writing.
This is a comprehension task which I have used for my ESOL/EAL Pre-Entry class. nonetheless, this could also be used for primary and secondary EAL students. This is beneficial when teaching routine, time, days of the week, and numbers.
This is a useful power point to explain the spelling rules for adding 'ing' to verbs. I designed this for my ESOL students, however, this could easily be used for primary school children as well.
You can save this and change the names to your pupils in your class or just make it generic.
This resource focuses on time, comprehension and writing questions. This resources includes comprehension and reading for specific information.
This is aimed at students aged from primary and ESOL/EAL students.
I developed this resource for my ESOL/EAL Pre -Entry class. However this could also be used for primary age as it is useful for spellings, pronunciation, memory, singular, and plural words. I show the students pictures and they must spell it using their whiteboards alternatively, paper is just as good. After they have spelled the words you could ask them to put their hands up if they like or do not like the particular food. You use a countdown and turn this into a game with teams scoring points.
