<p>This workbook contains worksheets and strategies for dealing with stress and anxiety. I have produced this with 10 years of SEN experience and to support students during the Covid-19 outbreak and beyond. it gets pupils to be reflective and also come up with strategies. Some of the activities are well known, but adapted to our students needs. The pack includes, worry strategies, a stress thermometer, body sensing.</p>
