This is an introduction to food services. For this lesson pupils would move around the room to see an example of each food service on the sheet and complete the A3 sheet provided.

This is an intial lesson to Unit 1 of the Eduqas Level 1 & 2 Hospitality & Catering. It looks at an introduction of the difference between contract catering, commerical, non commercial and residential catering providers.

This is a follow on, looking at the different types of residential providers and who they are suitable for.
