<p>This is a doccument I produced to help me to write reports as a Reception Class Teacher. <p>A simple word doccument for the days where you’ve had to teach with no planning left for you. Leave this for the class teacher and jot down what you’ve taught, what activity you did and who did well / needs extra help.</p>
