Yoghurt making is the theme of this CREST Star activity produced with the support of Practical Action. In this fun activity, pupils find out how farmers in Bangladesh can earn money for their family by turning milk into yoghurt. They then go on to the practical element, making a range of different flavoured yoghurts using a variety of different types of milk and fruit.
