This set of three lessons looks at two seperate but easily comparable love poems- Rejection and Declaration of Intent. The third lesson then focuses on a comparison of these two poems.

These lessons are fully differentiated but aimed towards a higher ability group. They have been used as part of a ks3 module and also with a GCSE class as unseen poetry revision.

A whole scheme of work on A Christmas Carol. Contains 17 lessons which cover all 5 staves.

Taught to a mixed ability class. All lessons are differentiated in a number of ways. Easily adaptable to suit a high ability class.

A lesson on Checking Out Me History. The lesson cultimates in a task which requires independent analysis of the poem with a differentiated work sheet with prompt questions to enable students to analyse language and structure.

Lesson on The Emigree. Includes an engaging starter to get students thinking about the themes and issues within the poem. Later, the lesson includes annotations of the poem and a language analysis worksheet.

This listing is for a **physical set of flashcards **containing 10 key quotations from across the play, along with ideas to cover AO1, 2 and 3. I mark AIC for GCSE exam boards and these are quotations that I have repeatedly seen used in successful exam responses.

The flashcards are printed on rigid plastic and are held in a plastic envelope wallet to keep them safe.
