Lesson 1: Focus on football fitness & basic football ball skills Lesson 2: Follow a player - 3 player options given across different positions (goal keeper, midfield and forward) Follow a typical training session as that player. Extension - begin practicing a skill of your choosing for a skill performance in L3) Lesson 3: Skill performance - create an instructional video performing you chosen skill and outline the stages of learning. Fun and engaging way to present Fitness during remote learning. Can be played as multiplayer or individually in a class as a race to beat the Tik-Tok clock. Formating is fine was downloaded.

Top of the Pops Fitness There are 6 genres of music - Rap, Indie, Pop Hits, Throwback, Girl Power, Dance, Chill Vibes & Boybands. Pupils can use the interactive buttons to click into the genre that motivates them the most. Each genre has between 7-10 songs. Pupils perform the exercise on the screen for the duration of the song. Differentiated exercise GIFs and Learning Intentions included. All songs moderated for inappropriate content. Due to the MP3 files it only works on Google Slides - This is attached in the download documents.

This resource is best used via Google meet or Teams whereby they can be sent into break out rooms. Game works in 3 rounds of 5 ‘battles’. More rules are added with each round to prevent overloading of information. Game is played in pairs but can be in small groups. Each player shows which hand signal they choose. Each hand signal corresponds to a poke ball. Once they have all chosen the ball disappears and the exercise (pokemon) is revealed. Players then battle by racing to complete their exercise the fastest. Cameras need to be on to make this work in breakout rooms. The winner gets 10 points the loser gets 5 points. The do 5 battles with the same partner then bring them back to the main meet introduce a new rule and send them off to battle for round 2 with a different opponent. Exercises are all shown using GIFs. There is learning intentions and a warm-up included in the game. Game lasts approx 60 minutes, or you can play 2 rounds for around 40 minutes. Scorecard included so they can track their scores to find out who has the most points. Best played via Google Slides - I have put the link for view access in the notes of the first slide of the attachement.

The story of you is a series of questions for pupils to answer. They answer by clicking on the relevant emoji. Each emoji takes them to a new exercise. There are 17 questions for them to go through. TOP TIP: Use google drive link to access (It is located in the notes of the first slide) Some of the Emojis dont come up on Powerpoint but are there on Google Slides.
