Two lessons designed to introduce ideas about audiences of media products. There is one example of audience theory to engage with and some practical tasks for pupils to complete, designed to engage them with the theory and how to apply it. There is the opportunity to question and challenge traditional thoughts about the media and there are some practical tasks and homework activities to complete.

Two lesson plans based on the first two opening scenes of the play. Students are encouraged to look at the text from a performance point of view rather than simply as a text to read. Lesson two gives the opportunity to create a script from a section of the novel.
