This song is great if you are studying the Gingerbread Man as a topic or just as a song for Music. There are lots of opportunities for actions and dramatisation as well as developing singing skills. My pupils loved it! As part of the unit they learned the story, retold it in their own words, and then came up with the animals for the verses of the song.
