This is a sequence of history lessons for a half term on toys aimed at a year 1 class with a link to literacy. Lesson slides include learning questions and ‘steps to success’ as well as some starter activities, lots of visual aids and opportunities to learn new vocabulary. There are a variety of tasks for children to complete in the lessons also on the slides for teacher to use as a model. You can adapt for the groups of learners as you see fit.
