Here is a checklist I have made to help assess children's writing against the new curriculum's expectations. Also a child friendly resource I use with our children during our writing sessions for them to make sure that they are including the features needed to meet the 'expected standard' in the new curriculum. We used this as a newspaper report example from the text 'The True Story Of The Three Little Pigs'. We looked at formal language, quotes, sentence starters and parenthesis. The children will now create their own. Hope this helps :)

Here is a times table and division test generator for any times table.<br /> You can either give them a sheet from the excel document or give them the test sheet supplied and read the questions.<br /> We have weekly tests.

<p>Place value, addition and subtraction and mulitiplication and division place mats to be used in maths/numeracy.<br /> Uses the White Rose Models there are copies for all year groups from Reception to Year 6.<br /> We use these on our working walls and have laminated copies for the children to use.</p>
