<p>An easy to use, student led resource booklet covering six lessons that could be used in PE, PHSE or tutor time during a period of school closure/home learning/online learning/blended learning across KS3/4/5. The scheme of work focuses on physical, mental and social well-being, with lessons covering: fitness components, planning an exercise program, principles of training, nutrition and taking care of mental health.</p>
