<p>A stand alone resource that students can use without prior knowledge of buoyancy.</p> <p><strong>Contents</strong><br /> The resource starts with revision of Newton 1 which then links to the basic idea of buoyancy. This is followed by and online lab (PhET - it could be turned into a ´real´ lab) to explore the concept in more depth with extension questions to finish.<br /> Two versions of the worksheet are included - one focused on mass, the other on weight. Answers for both are included.</p> <p><strong>Lesson Tips</strong><br /> This represents about 90 minutes of work.
