Ingredients 1 small onion 1 small clove garlic 1 tablespoon oil 1 400g chopped tomatoes 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil Black pepper Method Chop the onion and garlic clove Fry the onion and garlic in a saucepan for a few minutes Add 400g can of chopped tomatoes Add basil or mixed herbs Add black pepper Simmer for around 15-20 minutes
