Ragu
<p>Ingredients</p>
<p>1 small onion<br />
1 small clove garlic<br />
1 tablespoon oil<br />
1 400g chopped tomatoes<br />
1/2 teaspoon of dried basil<br />
Black pepper</p>
<p>Method</p>
<ol>
<li>Chop the onion and garlic clove</li>
<li>Fry the onion and garlic in a saucepan for a few minutes</li>
<li>Add 400g can of chopped tomatoes</li>
<li>Add basil or mixed herbs</li>
<li>Add black pepper</li>
<li>Simmer for around 15-20 minutes</li>
