This is a scheme based around Chernobyl. The scheme is structured around the assessment objectives and includes fully resourced lessons, a medium term plan which follows an ALC cycle and formative and summative assessment points.

This is a whole school literacy policy which is centred around the use of disciplinary literacy. It includes a policy and whole school strategies for staff and students to use. The policy covers; reading, writing and oracy strategies.

This is a full scheme of work based on the novel ‘Wonder’ by R. J. Palacio. It is created with the Edexcel spec in mind although it could be adapted. It focuses on all assessment objectives. Students weill complete a range of activities that assess their understanding, personal response, language and structure analysis, evaluation and writing skills. This is pitched at middle set year nine but the written scheme of work alongside uses the ALC learning cycle and suggests task for higher and foundation. The scheme of learing also differentiates for SEND learners and includes literacy strategies.
