Included in this pack is a 4 week lesson plan which is broken into separate lessons, resulting in groups of children to create a dance to the jungle theme music. Each lesson includes objectives, teaching and assessment points. This dance topic is suitable for children from Early Years to Year 3. I have taught it with several year groups and they have thoroughly enjoyed it! Used during our 'Transport' topic the differentiated work sheets allow the children to show what they have learnt about the famous Wright Brothers. Meets Year 2 Curriculum history objectives, looking closely at years, why they are famous, invention and parts of a plane. Attractive worksheets with a border and looks great in the children's work books. I used these work sheet alongside a PowerPoint of the Wright Brother from Twinkl.

These comprehension questions were used during Black History Week in a Year 2 guided reading session, when studying significant individuals. There is a lower ability and higher ability set of questions which allow children to demonstrate their understanding of Martin Luther King.
