<p>Using literacy shed’s short clip - Alma - I have created a short unit of work where the end goal is that the children write their own Police Report. Alma goes ‘missing’ and the children have to gather evidence and write a report for the Chief of Police.<br /> Lessson 1 - Hook - gathering evidence from a range of sources - I also got the children to dress up as detectives/police officers for this day to immerse them in their learning.<br /> Lesson 2 - Features of a PR and passive voice<br /> Lesson 3 - recap of passive voice and planning (vocab and paragraphs)<br /> Lesson 4- Writing<br /> Lesson 5 - Writing<br /> Lesson 6 - Writing<br /> Lesson 7 - Writing &amp;<br /> Lesson 8 - Publishing<br /> Resources are made by me but will need editing with dates/L.O. etc.</p>
