<p>This is a really useful resource for helping students with their GCSE photo descriptions. I print and laminate them for my students and it has really helped them to improve their speaking skills. It is to reinforce the PALMS idea for describing a photo:<br />
P - who is in the photo?<br />
A - What are they doing?<br />
L - Where are they?<br />
M - What is their mood like?<br />
S - What is the weather like</p>
<p>There is also a section on what they are wearing to really help students to get talking, as well as some introduction vocab such as “in the background”</p>
<p>On the other side there is the AQA mark scheme & top tips - if you are doing Edexcel this could be easily edited with the other mark scheme.</p>
<p>You have 10 lessons to cover Unit 1 in here, all with worksheets ready to print. I have included plenty of my own activities to help support students in learning Unit 1 from the AQA textbook, which does not have a lot of engaging activities in. Therefore, these lessons will help to make your lessons fun whilst students are completing the unit, and should break down the more challenging grammar bit by bit. There is a variety of listening, speaking, writing and reading, with answers all on slides. I hope your students enjoy these lessons as much as mine have!</p>

<p>Goes with Viva 1 textbook. There are two lessons here - the first one includes some engaging images to introduce the personality adjectives as well as a variety of games. The second lesson looks more closely at describing personalities.</p>
<p>Grammar mat to accompany Viva 2 - really useful resource that students could have to support them in their lessons. Includes all key irregular and regular preterite and present tense verbs, as well as future tense explanation and any other grammar rules covered. It is on Powerpoint so you can add anything of your own once downloaded!</p>
<p>This accompanies the Spanish A Level Edexcel Textbook - Unit 8.1 . Lesson includes activities from pages 164-165 and answers, as well as key vocab to support your students.</p>
