<p>A nice cultural activity that asks students to guess true or false on 25 random statements about France - no prior knowledge about France is necessary so it’s a good activity for any ability group. All the answers are true!</p>

<p>A worksheet designed for higher ability Y9 through KS4 using authentic Trip Advisor reviews with a range of reading activities and a blank Trip Advisor review template for the pupils to have a go at writing their own review. Answers included. Could be ideal for cover or homework as well as an in-class activity.</p>
<p>A KS3 lesson on La Francophonie. It has been created for remote learning but could easily be adapted for classroom use. Includes an explanation of Francophonie, a match up of Francophone countries with a brief explanation of them, a video, a quiz and an independent research task.</p>
<p>A food and drink knowledge organiser with key words and structures, aimed for a higher ability Y7 set but would also be suitable for Y8. PPT and PDF file.</p>
<p>A lesson all about Paris, designed for a low ability Y7 group but could also work for Y6 or Y8 as a recap. It has been planned for remote learning but it could easily be adapted for classroom teaching, but might still need access to computers or iPads. Activites include mindmapping what they already know about Paris, matching up famous landmarks, an independent webquest task, a multiple choice quiz and a Google Slides link to a virtual tour of Paris I’ve put together with different links and videos etc for pupils to explore independently.</p>
<p>Two differentiated crosswords (one with a word bank and one without) on the topic of environment - ideal as an introductory task to the topic at GCSE or for Year 11 as a revision task.</p>
