<p>This pack includes two lessons that can be taught in relation to Shakespeare’s A Midsummer night’s dream and the teaching of instructions.</p> <p>The three lessons are:<br /> Lesson 1 - introducing the story of A Midsummer night’s dream.<br /> Lesson 2 - Role play a part of A Midsummer night’s Dream<br /> Lesson 3 - To follow a set of instructions</p> <p>This pack includes activity sheets, reflection sheets, power points/smart presentations for lessons 2 and three and a weekly lesson plan for lesson the three lessons. Lesson 3 introduces information on instructions, this is a great way to introduce a Shakespeare story and link in to teaching instructions.<br /> These lessons are aimed at Key stage 1 and designed specifically for year 1 students.</p>

<p>Learning a new sport can be difficult and it is one of the desired outcomes within the national curriculum. This six week medium term plan explores the idea of leaning a new sport using rhythmic gymnastics. The lessons have a easy learning objective and success criteria for each lesson. This is a fun topic suited for all children aged 5- 11, with older year groups more complex movements can be added. <p>This power-point shares the 44 different phoneme sounds in 66 different grapheme forms to represent phase 1-5 of the letters and sounds document. Play a song, put the phonics aerobics power-point on, make the children repeat the sounds in time with the music and watch the class come to life. If you teach a jolly phonics program get the children to execute the actions whilst saying the sounds.</p>

<p>This is a great SPAG lesson for KS1 children that are learning about syllables.
