<p>This Word document provides teachers and assessors with a template for capturing key observations of a student’s presentation. The form covers ten key aspects of a presentation and has been used for Keystage 4 and 5 assessments.</p> <p>Each aspect is given a separate text box, which provides a teacher or assessor with sufficient room to make notes, if printed. Alternatively, the text boxes will increase in height automatically if the form is completed in Word.</p> <p>The form is presented as a fully editable document.</p> <p>It is intended that the teacher or assessor uses the form to capture observations during a student’s presentation, to allow better retention of detail during the formal assessment and feedback process. The use of a standardised form allows for a consist approach to observations throughout a class, year or entire school/college population.</p>
