This is a whole lesson purely on prime numbers. <br /> <br /> The following topics are covered, <br /> <br /> - What is a prime number? <br /> - How to show a number is not prime.<br /> - T he prime numbers up to 50.<br /> <br /> I then go down a different route and allow my class to test some high level theories such as,<br /> <br /> -Fermat's little theorem<br /> -The fundamental theorem of arithmetic (Ties in well with prime factorisation)<br /> -Goldbach's Conjecture.<br /> <br /> The lesson also includes a star question for them to think about by the end of the lesson! <br /> <br /> Please leave a review and let me know what you think of this resource!
