During a conversation with John Hattie at a conference in Leeds he asked me 'when was the last time as a parent that you received feedback about my children from their school?'. This quickly made me realise that other than parents evenings and quick conversations i didn't give my pupils parents enough feedback. I devised this feedback template to give to parents. So far parents have loved it.
