Monster Mike's Maths Trail

(3)
This is a maths trail that I made for a Year 3 Class. It is very specific to the school that it was made for, which has a lot of interesting playground markings including an alphabet snake and a variety of number lines etc. The trail also makes use of signs in the local environment. Most of the activities can be adapted to suit your own school environment. The ice cream picture and the monster foot outline are to be used for non-standard measurements and should be laminated for each group. All other instructions are included in the letter that should be read to the children before they start the trail.

This is a fun, fast-paced game to help pupils identify nouns, verbs, adjectives, pronouns, prepositions, conjunctions etc. It is designed for KS2 but could be adapted for KS1.

A Christmas Nativity

(0)

This is a rhyming Christmas Nativity play for Primary School-aged children, written in 2021. A repeated, rhyming refrain is used frequently, which enables lots of children to be involved, even if they don’t all have solo speaking parts.
