Reading in French.

A reading and writing set of resources in French for Roald Dahl day. The reading includes different tenses as well as opinions with justifications. The writing focuses on opinions with justifications and conjunctions. This is more appropriate for UKS2 or LKS3.

A powerpoint based on Britain's Got Talent: it helps practising the vocabulary of sports and instruments as well as opinions. It includes past, present and future. Students could then watch a video clip from BGT or something else, pretending to be judges, and give their opinions on the performance using the vocabulary provided. Or they themselves 'perform' in front of a panel of judges.

This worksheet encourages discussion about TV programmes. Pupils can use opinions as well as incidental language such as ‘I agree’, ‘I disagree’, etc… UKS2 or LKS3

I created this worksheet to link the topics if the weather and hobbies. It focuses on the use of the conjunctions ‘quand’ and ‘si’. This is more appropriate for UKS2 or LKS3.

A wheel for students to make in order to revise their verbs in the present tense in French. This can be adapted for other tenses of course.
