A very pictoral representation of the main learning points for the AQA GCSE topic of electricity. It can be put up as a poster or as a revision mat. I’ve used it with lower ability groups to pyramid their learning using each part to spring board into a more detailed lesson, but giving them something with few words on to be able to visualize the overview of the topic.

Wrote this as part of a differentiated SoW that allows staff to remove elements depending on ability of the group or inidividual. On request I have IWB materials that support this writing frame - types of graph, how to analyse etc. These additional IWB materials can be used from Yr1 through to Yr9 and possibly beyond.

Revision cards for AQA Biology units 1 and 2. Simple game is 3 pupils with 1/3 of the cards each. One asks a question based on their top card (use thinking dice to up the level of questioning). Which ever of the other two pupils can answer gets the card. If no one answers they take a card from each of the players. OR one set between 3 pupils and they have to lay the cards out to produce a HUGE mind map (good for moving B to A grades - linking concepts).

I wrote this for a LA group struggling to get to grips with the magnification.
