Artist Analysis/Evaluation Help sheet for GCSE Art and Design students
This is a help sheet for GCSE students to aid their contextual critical writing on artists and sources.
Using Rod Taylor’s Content, Process, Form and Mood as starting points for their analysis the students can use the sentence starters on the sheet to add to the written annotation.
The AQA examination board states that all GCSE students should have written contextual annotation in their coursework. I devised this sheet to help my students write their analysis effectively in their sketchbook.
