<p>Geography lesson based on identifying the layers of the Earth.</p> <p>Slides have videos linked to make a model of the earth and information about each layer. Task is to write a NCR on the Earths layers, differentiated three ways.</p>

<p>Four days work of presentations and work for a Natural Disasters unit. The lessons are based around the different Alan Pete sentence types:</p> <ul> <li>3ed Opener</li> <li>Personification</li> <li>Short Sentences</li> <li>BOYS Sentences</li> <li>W Questions</li> <li>Outside (Inside)</li> </ul> <p>Lessons go through how to use these sentence types whilst using an extract from ‘The Impossible’, in which a tsunami hits, as the writing stimulus.</p>

<p>Two Notebook lessons to accompany the Floors app within the classroom.<br /> The first lesson explains the key to the children and the second goes through the planning stages.</p> <p>The app is free to download and a great tool allowing children to plan their own computer games. Here is two weeks English work, based on both Temple Run and Indiana Jones. The writing which they produced was amazing, so thought I would share my slides.
