Tutor guidance This resource is designed to support learners when reflecting on their progression after a lesson. The tutor should ask learners to select an agreed number of points to reflect on post session which they should record in their journal/ILP’s. Tutor records on the tracker which points have been selected to reflect on. Learners complete their reflection in the boxes adding more if required. Tutors should encourage learners to select different reflection points over the duration of the course. Tutors may wish to adapt the reflection points to align with their subject/content. The reflection points (Q1, Q2 etc.) could be provided as a handout or in digital format, tutors may also wish to display them in the classroom/learning environment to encourage learners to reflect on the points after an activity has taken place and make notes for their journal entry.
